Bereavement Program: Bereavement counselors and trained volunteers counsel patients and families in the client’s home or in the Hospice Administrative office. Also offered are on-going support groups, camps for bereaved children, and educational workshops related to grief & loss.
Wendover Residential Care: Provides a home-like hospice facility with private patient rooms for short-term acute care needs (pain and symptom control) and private patient rooms for longer-term residential care, as well as respite care. Diagnosis of a life limiting illness with a prognosis measured in months, not years.
