United Way's Referral Service - 704-487-1111

United Way offers a free, 24-hour referral service. The service assesses each client's needs and refers him or her to the appropriate agency.

Through this service, United Way acts only as a referring agency. Funds raised annually through the campaign are distributed directly to member agencies which provide direct client services. United Way does not maintain funds for assistance to individuals but may be able to connect you with an organization which does.

It is our goal to see all individuals in need put in touch with the resources appropriate for them. Still need help contact our Information and Referral Specialist.
